Here at Lil' Dreamers we are dedicated to making our customers happy. You have the right to refund/exchange purchased items within 14 working days from the day of purchase. (This applies to domestic orders)
Items should be in good condition the same way you received it with its original packaging. Lil' Dreamers has the right to deny any returned goods if it does not meet our return policy.
Returned items that are damaged or have been altered will not be accepted.
Refund will take up to 1-2 working days if paid by KNET and up to a week if paid by MASTERCARD/VISA and shipping costs and service charge are NON-refundable.
To return/exchange please email us at info@lil-dreamers.com or contact us on watsapp stating the reason of return/exchange. We will collect your order from the address provided for a flat rate of KD2.500 Please make sure that someone is home for the item to be collected.
Returned goods that does not meet our policy will be sent back.
Hair products can NOT be refunded
Sale items can NOT be returned.
For international orders we do not offer merchandise exchanges nor refunds .
